As a Realtor, I tour houses every day. When I decided to put my own home on the market, I thought I knew the basics … keep it clean, remove clutter, odor free, etc. When I didn't have many showings, it was time to do something. I spoke with Bonnie, a professional stager and she convinced me that Spruce Up could help my house. Bonnie and Fatima produced a detailed report on my home pointing out areas of concern and later came in and staged my great room. They were professional, thorough, very conscientious, considerate and enthusiastic. When I returned home, my great room looked fantastic. Today there are three showings and I am much more confident that it shows well.
